Same with books. It would be very helpfull to lookup a Vocabulary by one click and if I like to add it with annother click. So a few clicks you will get following:
- Lookup and return with two clicks
- Save and return to book with one click
The app should run in the background for this fearure.
Then, reading a vook for a beginner makes more fun...

I agree with you, i think it could be interesting to link Spotify, Google podcast etc. as it's done for videos with YouTube
