Managing large collections (1000+ cards) can become difficult without proper tools. Adding filtering and sorting would greatly improve usability and efficiency when working with cards.
Current State
Each card already has a state that indicates its source:
- YouTube video
- Article
- Stored in a Deck
- None (added manually, not yet in any deck)
Proposed Improvements
- Filtering
Enable users to filter cards by:
- Source type (YouTube, Article, Deck, None)
- A specific deck
- Cards not yet assigned to any deck
- Sorting
Allow sorting cards by:
- Date added
- Last reviewed
- Source (grouped by YouTube, Article, etc.)
- Alphabetical order (A–Z, Z–A)
Benefits
Makes it easier to navigate and manage large card collections
Helps in creating new decks by quickly finding unassigned cards
Simplifies reorganizing older decks
Improves study flow by letting users prioritize cards (e.g., newest first)

In the "filter" feature, I want to be able to sort my sets of cards by creation date or alphabetically. (Currently, the sets are sorted by the number of words they contain)

Auch eine ‚Suchfunktion‘ wäre hier hilfreich, um die neuen Karten gleich passend im richtigen Ordner abzulegen. Bei über 300 Ordner scrollt man sich hier zu Tode 😔
Ebenso wären Unterordner hilfreich, und würden die Anzahl der Ordner in der 1. Ebene reduzieren.

When reviewing cards，under the filter pane， have an option to sort the cards sets in alphabetical order so we can easliy Review certainly card decks without scrolling through them. Currently they are only sorted by number of cards left to learn in each set.

Hello,
Please let us view all the words we have learned in alphabetical order, just like in a dictionary.
Also, it would be great to have the option to filter the words alphabetically by those we’ve already learned or are currently learning.
