Multiple meanings of words in the card
Ibragim Karibov
It would be cool if there was an option to add multiple meanings of words with their frequency of use in the flashcard. For example, the word "log" has the meanings of both "a log" (wood) and "a journal." But currently, the flashcard only includes the translation of "log" as "a log" (wood).

When I add a word and complement the meaning in parentheses, what is in parentheses is not omitted to identify that it is a duplicate word.

Same word in different card for differents meanings
Gabriel Jaime
For example, the word "roll" means a lot of things: action, type of bread, list of words, and more...
Rest of text in Spanish:
Debería ser posible agregar varias flashcards con la misma palabra, donde lo único que las diferencie sea la imagen y/o descripción.
Por ejemplo:
- Roll: rodar, enrollar (Roll the paper into a tube).
- Roll: panecillo (I ate a bread roll for breakfast).
- Roll: registro, lista (Check the attendance roll).
De lo contrario limitaríamos el aprendizaje a una única palabra, lo cual no es óptimo para nosotros los clientes de su aplicación, más aun para los que estamos suscritos y pagamos por ella.

Hello, I'm not sure I understand right. Could you clarify, please? Michaela from DuoCards

Michaela When creating a new word to learn, the app informs you if it already exists. However, issues arise when a word has multiple meanings, such as 'bat' (animal) and 'bat' (sports equipment). If you've previously created both words, attempting to create 'bat' again doesn't prompt the app to acknowledge its existing presence, nor does it display variations (e.g., bat [animal] / bat [sports]).

When adding a new word to learn, the app checks for duplicates. But for words with multiple definitions, like 'bat' (animal) and 'bat' (sports), the app doesn't recognize existing entries or provide disambiguation (e.g., bat [animal] / bat [sports]) if you've already created both separately.

Michaela Additionally, when seeking more information or the definition of a word, the app fails to provide results if the word has additional text within parentheses. In summary, the parentheses are being considered when searching for the word's meaning or additional information, which prevents the app from retrieving the desired information.

if someone is learning English and they have a card with the word "weather", duocard should also show the user " whether" meaning " if - they sound the same, but mean something different and mean something different.
In Japanese, the word はし it can mean a bridge 橋 or it can mean chopsticks 箸.
I am learning Hebrew. I get mixed up between many similar words that teachers say I can only know the difference by context. I want to know the other possibilities for the same sound/pronunciation so I can be aware there's more than one meaning.
One way to do this is: you have the audio for a word, so user can maybe click to add other meanings with different spellings or, in case of Hebrew, just different vowels.
The purpose is to help verbal skill. I hope this helps.

hey חנה, could you elaborate, what exactly should the AI show and when? Thanks
