Allow a card to belong to multiple decs

I would like to be able to assign the same card to multiple decks so that I can get the relevant cards without having to duplicate them.
i.e.
"eating" is a card that can be part of a deck called "verbs" or in the category called "Food topics" or in a "January words TODO".
Than based on the occasion it shows op depending on the chosen deck.
In its current implementation the card seems to belong to a deck instead of a deck being a category of a card, which means you have to duplicate the card to have it in multiple decs.
