Add the ability to fully reset a deck

It would be nice if you could reset an entire deck. Doing so should delete all cards from that deck in your list, so you can start again fresh.

Hi Florian, if you want to delete an entire deck, open it in the edit window (using the pencil button). Then, click on 'Delete deck.'
