Please also include the word type: noun, adjective, article, verb, adverb, preposition, etc.

Verbs should preferably be shown in their infinitive form.

Nouns should be shown in their base form (usually masculine). The other forms (feminine, neuter, plural) can then easily be derived by applying grammatical rules.
