Hello, why haven't you added Traditional Chinese to the list of supported languages? It would be nice to have the possibility to choose between simplified and traditional versions.
Michaela
Hi, we’re merging your post with another one on this topic so it can gather more voices and visibility. Having both Traditional and Simplified versions is a great idea, and we’ll keep it in mind for the future. :) Michaela from DuoCards

For Chinese character writing skills

When we are given the meaning of a character and asked to guess the Chinese character It would be better if there was a writing section below, rather than just guessing in our minds.

Place to draw / scribble on flashcards
Steven Cuciti
(For Chinese) In Chinese, recalling the character is an important step. What would be convenient is if I Could toggle on a 'scribble mode' so I can (attempt to) draw the chinese character when guessing the flashcard. A good app that does this is Pleco, in their SRS for Chinese.
Could this type of feature be added?

Romanization on card reveal
Steven Cuciti
(For Chinese, paid subscriber) At the moment, the romanization toggle only wholistically turns romanization on or off. This works well for when the native language card (e.g. English) is shown first, as the romanization (pronunciation in chinese) is shown on the card reveal.
However, when Chinese is shown first, the romanization is still shown, so I can't properly recall the pronunciation, as the answer is already shown. This is an inconvenience as I have to turn off romanization and click the AI prompt to check my answer. Can the romanization toggle be altered so that romanization is hidden from both kinds of cards until the card is revealed?

Add pinyin to the word translation
Aki
it would be very useful if you could see the pinyin of a word when you hover like with the meaning thing. Sometimes i just understand the word but i can’t remember how to read it and don’t think it’s neccesary to add it to my not know words. It also makes reading more smooth.

Provide traditional Chinese option

Currently only simplified Chinese is provided. I hate to have to manually input traditional Chinese every time. With traditional Chinese available, I'm willing to introduce the app to more of my friends
